Our Sugar Power & Ethanol (SPE) Division runs an integrated state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Gobind Sugar Mills-Aira, located about 150 km from Lucknow, the capital city of Uttar Pradesh, producing high-quality sugar products under the brand name 'Zuari'. We are serving about 60,000 farmers and accessing 1,78,000 farm fields (~ 50,000 ha.) of sugarcane cultivation spread across three major districts and the facility caters to both bulk and retail markets.
Over the past decade, the mill has undergone a major transformation from a vintage facility to a modern sugarcane complex. The mill now houses a 10,000 tons of sugarcane per day crush facility, a 500 tons per day output of refined sugar plant, 40 MW per hour bagasse-based cogeneration, and a 125 KLPD distillery.
